NGC 7662 is in the northern part of Andromeda, off the beaten track far from any of the bright stars of that constellation. This nebula is a gas cloud blown off by a dying sun; these gas bubbles are usually a distinctive blue-green color and present a view not unlike the planets Uranus or Neptune in your telescope - earning them the nickname "planetary" nebulae, although they are not really planets at all. NGC 7662 is fairly small, and higher magnifications will work well on this object as its surface brightness is high.
