97-010 "Hot Pursuit" Running full-tilt across a Cretaceous-era plain, a young Tyrannosaur has his eyes and teeth set on some fleeing prey. In the foreground, a small lizard displays profound disregard for sheer size by raising its head to hiss defiantly at the giant intruder. Another, more practical lizard scampers away from the shaking and noise as the predator sends plant debris scattering. Note the shock waves in the trembling rivulet of water. In an instant, the Tyrannosaur will be gone, having no interest in challenging these small beasts, as he races off in hot pursuit of lunch.
